Crafted from the rare and stunning Tasmanian Huon Pine, this box is lined with luxurious black suede and features a beautiful gold hinge.

Huon pine is a unique rainforest timber found only in Tasmania. Its essential natural oil gives it a distinctive scent and makes it highly resistant to fungal and insect attacks. The color of Huon pine ranges from almost white to light cream and yellowish, often with fine, closely spaced annual growth rings and occasional small black "birds eye" markings. The Huon pine used in this product was sustainably recovered from the Tasmanian forest floor under a license from the Tasmanian government and allocated to the company Millers. This wood comes from remnants of old piners or naturally deceased trees from long ago.
Over the years Craig has established relationships with a select group of well-respected millers and timber merchants in Tasmania, consistently ensuring his timber is sourced sustainably.
